POSTPONED UNTIL SUMMER 2022

Art Center is excited to announce the opening reception of Nick Beggs: Sketchbooks, a series of intricate drawings documenting the international travels of the artist. Nick Beggs is a world renowned musician from the UK, best known for his mastery of the bass guitar and Chapman stick. Among many other achievements, he celebrated a number one hit with his band, Kajagoogoo, nearly forty years ago. Beggs has toured with many musicians over the years including Steve Hackett, Steven Wilson, John Paul Jones and currently Howard Jones.

Nick Beggs: Sketchbooks includes dozens of architectural and figurative works, allowing viewers to gain an intimate glimpse of the world through the lens of the artist. The energetic and detailed drawings reveal an attempt to grasp moments in a fleeting world, touching on both personal and universal themes.

All of the original drawings will be on sale during the exhibition, which will hang through the month of March 2022.
