IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FESTIVAL YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION + 3 IMAGES OF YOUR ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART!!!

The 2ndAnnual Irondequoit Arts & Music Festival is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 11 AM - 8 PM at I Square, 400 Bakers Park.

Each space is 10 x 10’ and vendors must supply their own tent and display equipment. Outlets and access to electricity are not available. The price for the event space is $60.

Arts and Crafts vendors are expected to be set up from 11 AM - 5 PM, and may begin unloading at 9:30 AM. Vendors do have the option to remain open until 8 PM at no additional cost.

Arts and Crafts Vendors must fill out this form in order to participate. Once we recieve your application, we will send you an invoice to check out if space is available. Only applicants with original work will be permitted to join the event. The festival organizers reserve the right to reject vendor applications. In that case, a full refund will be provided.

In order for applications to be accepted, applicants must email 3 images of original work as well as the the completed form. All emails must include the title of ‘Vendor Application’, with the applicant’s name in the subject line.
